Green Tile Group, a woman-owned enterprise, advances public health by delivering high-quality behavioral health training and essential workforce skills development. Our mission is to strengthen the capacity of individuals and organizations to effectively serve their communities through responsive, relevant, and impactful programming.
We provide both standardized and customized training solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s behavioral health and public health workforce. Our Team

Melina Winterton
Melina Winterton (she/her) is a results-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in higher education, workforce development, and grant management. Armed with a Master’s in Public Health, Melina excels in delivering scalable, engaging, and high-impact solutions that bridge academia with industry needs. She has spearheaded innovative workforce development programs that empower individuals with essential skills in high-demand by employment partners. Committed to lifelong learning and mentoring emerging leaders, she anticipates future trends and applies public health principles to drive high-impact workforce development initiatives.

Stephanie Eistetter
Stephanie (she/her) originates from the Bay Area and now calls the Pacific Northwest home. Throughout her career journey, she has held diverse roles, including directing a camp for children with epilepsy, supporting a bioengineering professor as an administrative assistant, managing software transition projects, and coordinating development initiatives for a contemporary art museum. Stephanie currently serves as Chief of Operations at Green Tile Group, where she excels in overseeing large-scale projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring comprehensive execution and successful outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, listening to Taylor Swift, and engaging in home improvement projects alongside her husband.

Lsea (Ell-See) Honeybiscuit
Lsea (they/them) is a Bay Area native now based in Sacramento, where they are completing their bachelor’s in social work at Sacramento State. As Training Director for Green Tile Group, they help clients launch data-informed programs from the ground up. They bring experience developing programs in partnership with queer and trans communities, people impacted by the carceral system, and those navigating mental health challenges. Lsea’s approach combines strategic expertise with a deep belief in the power of clients’ lived experience and culture. Outside of work, Lsea enjoys making recycled paper, mentoring LGBTQIA+ youth, and seeking out new bodies of water to swim in.

Cassie Benton
Cassie Benton (she/her) is a Bay Area native with a deep passion for learning and community connection. As Program Specialist at Green Tile Group, she supports the design and facilitation of workforce and professional development programs that center people and purpose. Her career includes over ten years of experience in youth development, training facilitation, and community engagement. A lifelong learner, Cassie brings joy and compassion to every project. Outside of work, you can find her reading fan-fiction, eating ice cream, or enjoying time with her family.

Meghan Pardi, LMFT
Meghan Pardi (she/her) has been working with adults, teens and their parents for over 16 years, helping to navigate symptom management and improve coping skills. She has extensive training in trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety. Meghan received her M.A. in Clinical Society with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine and has a private practice in the Bay Area. In addition, she is the Program Director of the Contra Costa School & Community Based Program for the Fred Finch Youth Center. She is excited to be the Director of Continuing Education for GTG and looks forward to playing in active role in the courses offered, especially working on CEU courses for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT).
